Directed by Hoda Elatawi, the film blends documentary observation, intimate interviews, archival material, and artful camerawork to create a tender, humourous and revealing look into the lives of three very different women who have taken on Islam as their chosen religion. These unexpected converts will break stereotypes, open people¹s minds, and reveal unknown struggles and truths to the audience about what it means to be Muslim convert in the West.
